Benedictus Heijman, birth Bisfange Netherlands 22/9/1769 Amsterdam civil marriage proclamation (Book 745, page 91). He was born in Bisfange and was from Marken. He was first married to Marianna Salomons. (Could Marianna have been a relative of Saras first husband?). 1791 Amsterdam Civi l Marriage Proclamation (29/7/1791, book 759, page 33, Heijman Benedictus CohenØ) states that he was the son of Benedictus Heijman Cohen and was age 24 (b.1767) which was before the marriage of Sara and Benedictus. So too, see 1833 Amsterd am Death Record (12/4/1833, book 3, page 25v, Barend Hijman Cohen) which states that he was age 70, (b.1763), again before the marriage of Sara and Benedictus. Married 22 Sep 1769 Amsterdam to: Sara Israels, birth 1727 Heemse?, died after 1769 Amsterdam 1st marriage 2nd marriage, daughter of Israel Emanuel (Eliezer Menachem) and Annigje Rubens She does not appear in the 1748 Heemse census. (1765 Will of Israel Immanuel and Annegien Rubens, Archive 55.2.1, Old Judicial Records of Schoutambt Hardenberg, inv. nr. 12, 1769-1774, fol. 271); 29/11/1765 Amsterdam civil marriage proclamation (Book 741 , p. 414, Eliaser SalomonsØ) stated that Sara Israel was 38 years old (b.1726/27). Her death occurred after her second marriage in 1769 (22/9/1769 Amsterdam civil marriage proclamation, Book 745, page 91, Benedictus HeijmanØ). |
