Before WW2 Selma was a representative of Galaries Lafayette of Paris in Ehv. She was often called "het Nieuwsblad van Eindhoven", because she loved to gossip, when she was young. As an older woman she was very silent. After the After her parent s passed away she cared for her mentally deficient brother, until his death. In her will she left her entire capital&goods to the State of Israel.
