Deze dossiers betreffen nagenoeg uitsluitend beroepspersoneel en zijn geordend op geboortedatum. Aangezien he t perjaar om duizenden militairen kan gaan en de dossiers niet ontsloten zijn op persoonsnaam, moet u over de juiste geboortedatum van de betrokken militair beschikken. Alleen een geboortejaar is doorgaans ontoereikend. Helaas zijn er niet veel do ssiers bewaard gebleven van personen geboren vÔoÔor 1875. Ook de inhoud van de dossiers kan sterk verschillen.
