He married in Maastricht on 23 March 1938 to Leentje van Essen from Hengelo. She survived the Holocaust, just as both their children Abraham Jacob and Leo too. City Archive of Amsterdam, archive card of Samuel Reindorp and website www.wiewaswie.nl. The Police Commissioner of Arnhem requested that Samuel Reindorp be located, detained and brought forward. He was a resident of Arnhem. He was suspected of having changed his place of residence without the required authorization. This descriptio n referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
