Er zijn twee geboortedata van Elias bekend, 17 oktober 1783 en 12 april 1784. Het is niet duidelijk welke datum de juiste is.

He has two birthdays; the other one is 12 Apr 1784. It is not clear which is the right one.

5) Jacques BLOEMHOF, birth 4 Jun 1800 Eersel, Noord-Brabant, Nederland
Jacques vestigde zich in september 1850 in Tiel, 2 maanden later verhuisde hij naar Wadenoijen.
Terug in Tiel registreerde hij zich in het gemeentehuis als Jacobus Blomhof. Hij en zijn vrouw Maria Anna verhuisde op 15 november 1855 naar Linsheuvel 45 in Reusel; op 20 februari 1860 naar Terheijden en als laatste naar Eindhoven.
Zijn overlijdensdatum -1 mei 1908- is zeer onlogisch te noemen (leeftijd 107) en is daarom niet overgenomen.

He settled in Tiel in sept. 1850, after 2 months he moved to Wadenoijen. Back
in Tiel he registered at magistrate's office as Jacobus Blomhof. He and his
wife Maria Anna moved to Linsheuvel 45, Reusel on nov. 15, 1855; then to
Terheijden on feb. 20, 1860 and at last to Eindhoven.
Death date-1 May 1908- seems illogical without substantiation (age 107)
and has been suppressed. to:

Gedurende een bepaalde periode gebruikte zij de voornamen Johanna Elisa.
Ze was een bediende in het huis van Emanuel de Groot, een slager en koopman, daar leerde ze haar toekomstige man kennen, die een inwonende bediende was in hetzelfde huis.

Zij stond bij de burgelijke stand van Zierikzee bekend als Maria Bloemhof.
Haar Hebreeuwse geboortedatum is 23 nissan 5649.
Op haar grafsteen staat geschreven: "Hier rust Jannette Polak geb. Blomhof overl. 24
april 5649/1889 in de ouderdom van 82 jaar"
