James Kennard of Australia, a descendant, Hyam [= Chaim] followed his brother Jacob to Sunderland, North-East England, where Jacob had been recruited to be the first rabbi of the community. This would also explain, why the brother s Jacob & Chaim did not attend the wedding of their brother Nathan in Amsterdam. |
