Event: event Sep 1807 Amsterdam In 6 separate inheritance acts of 4 Tishre 5568 the division of the estate of the parents is regulated.
In act 1 appear before the trustees of the jewish community the ketsinim k"h Moshe ben pu mho' Abraham Oibener & [his br.-in-law] Zalman ben k"h Benet z.l. & k"h Zoesman ben k"h Juzpe Danziger z.l, guardians of the estate of the late pu mho' Abrah am ben k"h Moshe Oibener z.l, according to his will, which had been made up before notary Abr.v.Beem & witnesses on Aug 25th, 1800; and now they sell openly in the great synagogue and to the highest bidder one seat from the estate to k"h Moshe [Oi bener, the son] for the amount of fl. 175,-.

In act 2 the same guardians sell another seat from the estate to the same buyer for the amount of fl. 250,-.

In act 5 the same guardians sell another seat from the estate to the same buyer for the amount of fl. 100,-.

In act 6 the same guardians sell another seat from the estate to the same buyer for the amount of fl. 50,-.

In act 3 appear before the trustees the brothers ketsinim k"h Moshe, k"h Katriel, Simon & their sister Sheva, sons and daughter of the late mho' Abraham Oibener z.l. and his late spouse Ester bat k"h Katriel Fles, all coming for their own sake s as well as for their brothers k"h Akiba and Jacob m.h.l, and the katsin k"h Moshe m.h.l. aforementioned comes as well on behalf of the couple Nena bat k"h Katriel Fles z.l. & spouse k"h Aron ben k"h Abraham G"Sh [Goldschmit] z.l. according to [a n act of] empowerment and authorisation made up by them before thetrustees of kille kodesh Hamburg on 14 Tammuz 5564 and as we, undersigning witnesses, have seen now with our own eyes; and the ketsina Sheva bat k"h Katriel Fles z.l. assisted by he r spouse the katsin k"h Zalman ben k"h Benet z.l. Hamburger; and the brothers k"h Moshe, Leib and their sister Tsimle, sons and daughter of the late k"h Anshil Hamburger z.l. & his late spouse Golda bat k"h Katriel Flesz.l; all these people bein g inheritors of their grandfather the late k"h Katriel ben k"h Leib Fles; and now they sell a seat from the estate to katsin k"h Abraham ben k"h Jokeb Levie Raalte m.h.l. for the amount of fl. 390,-.

In act 4 the same ensemble sell another seat from the estate to katsin khr"r Tuvia ben late k"h Hillel for the amount of fl. 195,-.
