Event: event 1794 Amsterdam In an act made up in the year 1794 before the trustees of the jewish community it is stated that k"h Abraham ben late k"h Hirsch Halberstat z.l, who was born to his father from his late mother Hanna bat late puk"h Abraham Curiel z.l. and [his neph ew] Leib ben late k"h David Levie [son of] Menke Preger z.l, born to his father from his late mother Malka bat late k"h Hirsch Halberstat z.l. mentioned afore, who [i.e.his mother] was born to him [Hirsch z.l] from his wife my grandmother Hanna z. l. mentioned afore, who asserts, that he is the only living inheritant of his late mother Malka z.l, and both men declare by their signing on the document, that will be given in the hands of mrs.Gutrat bat late k"h Abraham Cohen-Proops z.l, wido w of their late brother and uncle k"h Hirts, that they distance themselves and waive their rights on the estate of their father and grandfather the late k"h Hirsch H"Sh z.l, and that of their late mother and grandmother Hanna z.l, which was admini strated by our now late brother and uncle k"h Hirts z.l; and this included specifically two seats in the great synagogue of Amsterdam, thus signed by: hakatan Abraham ben late khr'r Zwi Hirsch H"Sh z.l, hak' Leib b"h David z.l. Segal Menkesh.
