Event: event marriages and inheritances married 1) to Michiel Hessels, son of Hessel Michiels & Hester Lazarus, born abt. 1720, died in Appingedam in 1752. Michiel Hessels is named in the taxation book for the year 1730/1 in Appingedam. He was probably buried at the jewish cemeter y of Farmsum in the months Apr-May 1752.
From this marriage there are 2 daughters: Esther Michiels and Maaike Michiels.
Because of the remarriage of his widow to Joost Comprechts, an inventory of his property was made up in December 1753.

married 2) to Joost Comprechts, son of Comprecht Koppels & Eltje Lazarus. Resides abt 1754 for a short period in Appingedam. He came from Delfzijl, and returned to Delfzijl.
From this 2nd marriage of Frouke Jacobs three sons: Gomprich Joseph, Lazarus Joseph & Koppel Joseph.

In the year 1794 an act of empowerment was issued:
Act of empowerment from Gomprich Joseph, Lazarus Joseph & Koppel Joseph, who together with their unnamed sisters are the only inheritors and children of the late Vrouwtje Jacobs, and [inheritors] of her [unmarried sister] Rachel Jacobs, sister s of the in 1794 in Amsterdam deceased Marcus Jacobs, their uncle. the act empowers their uncle Jacob Frison in Amsterdam to do everything in his power in connection with the inheritance of their uncle Marcus Jacobs.
According to the will of Marcus Jacobs, Rachel Jacobs was entitled to receive the amount of 12 guilders monthly.

It is a possibility, that Marianne Michiels who marries in Amsterdam on 24 Sept 1789 (dtb 757/515), may be identified with Maaike Michiels (from above), although her cited birth year at marriage, 1761, cannot be right in that case, because fathe r Michiel Hessels, died in 1752. On the other hand, the person assisting her at marriage is her uncle Jozef Jacob Frison.

Event: event MRT 1788 Amsterdam On 3 Adar I 5548 appears before the trustees of the jewish community katsin k"h Abraham ben k"h Eizik Cohen z.l. and states, that naaleh Jozale ben Jokeb Leeuwarden has returned to him in cash money the amount of fl. 700,- which equals the loan gi ven for business opportunities to the couple Ester bat pu k"h Peis Cohen-Bok z.l. & k"h Itsak ben g"ts k"h Moshe Rintel z.l.
