Event: event Apr 1731 Amsterdam on 26 Nissan 5491 appears before the trustees of the jewish community Enosh bar Nathan z.l. from Wezep and uncovers a financial report on the belongings included in his late brother Joseph z.l. & spouse Tsipor z.l. from Barneveld's inheritance fo r his niece [their daughter] Hindele bat Joseph z.l, who has now matured and can become independent of the authority of the guardians as an autonomous person; and now with the knowledge and approval of the alufim parnassim, in special with the kno wledge and approval of this month's headparnas katsin Samson ben late pum Mordechai Levie z.l. mr. Enosh now transfers to miss Hindele bat Joseph z.l. her part of the inheritance from her late father and mother until the last cent, and from no w on mr. Enosh is unburdened of his task.

the undersigned miss Hindel bat Joseph z.l. from Barneveld states thatshe has received from her uncle Enosh bar Nathan z.l. from Wezep herpart of the inheritance from her father Joseph z.l. and her motherTsipor z.l, which until now was in the hand s of the alufim ketsinimparnassim of kille kodesh Amsterdam and her uncle Enosh; and my unclehas given me a fair account, in attendance of the trustees of ourcommunity.
Event: event Sep 1734 Amsterdam We undersigned, the maiden Frumet and Simon and the maiden Jutche, children of the late Joseph z.l. from Barneveld declare herewith, that they have received from their uncle mr. Enosh bar Nathan z.l. from Wezepe their part of the inheritance fro m their father Joseph z.l. and their mother Tsipor z.l, which until now was in the hands of alufim ketsinim parnassim and their uncle Enosh; and our uncle has given us a fair account in attendance of the trustees of the jewish community of all wha t was in his custody until now from the inheritance of their late father and mother; and he has given us our part as a gentleman;so they hereby declare, that they have no further demands on their uncle or the parnassim and not on their offspring , etc.

It is now clear as water, that Enosh bar Nathan z.l. from Wezepe hasuncovered before us the trustees of the jewish community, a fairaccount of all belongings from his late brother Joseph z.l. and thelatter's spouse Tsipor from Barneveld for his ne phews the maidenFrumet, Simon and the maiden Jutche, the children of the late Josephz.l, who have now matured, i.e. have become 25 yrs.of aged, which iscalled 'mundig', which allows them to leave the guardianship and tolive autonomously; and wit h knowledge and approval of the alufimketsinim parnassim of our community and especially of this month'sheadparnas aluf katsin pum Samson Levie m.h.l. transferred mr. Enoshto the 3 children of Joseph z.l. their part of the inheritance untilthe la st cent; and from now on mr. Enosh and the parnassim haveunburdened themselves of this matter.
