On 13 Elul 5492 appears Rechla bat Judaleib Renz z.l, widow of the late pum khr"r Elieser Lazi Emmerich z.l. and states, that on 9 Adar 5492 she produced an act of gift of one seat in the great synagogue to her grandsons Joseph, Elieser Lazi & Le ib, sons of her son mhor"r Jacob m.h.l, and this act shall obtain validity one hour before her death; and now she adds, that because this seat was introduced as collateral for a loan of fl. 350,- she took from katsin pum khr"r Kalman Engelander m. h.l. on 27 Adar I this year, she orders as will, that after her death this loan shall be paid back from the estate shenwill leave behind, from money or movables or immovables worth this money, in order that this debt will be covered, and the sea t will remain [for the grandsons].
